How do I make a payment to my loan?
Western Division sets up payment arrangement for you:
Loan Payment Authorization – This will initiate automatic scheduled payments to your Western Division Loan from your other financial institution. Prior set-up required. Complete this Authorization in Online Banking or Loan Payment Authorization.
Auto Funds Transfer (AFT) – This will initiate scheduled payments to your Western Division loan from an account at Western Division. Contact Us to set up.
You make the payment arrangements yourself:
Transfers – Make a one-time Quick Transfer or set-up Scheduled Transfers. We offer this free service whether you are trying to transfer between your Western Division accounts or between your Western Division and other financial institutions. Check out how easy it is: Transfer Option – How to Guide
- Western Division -to- Western Division – Online Banking (Online Banking FAQs) or Telephone Banking.
- Western Division -to- Other Financial Institution – Account-to-Account (A2A) Transfer back and forth between your accounts at Western Division and your other financial institution’s accounts anytime you want right from your Online Banking (Online Banking FAQs). Prior set-up required Account-to-Account (A2A).
Prompt Pay * – using your Debit Card from your other financial institution, you can make a one-time payment. This service is accessed through your Online Banking.
Bill Pay – From your other financial institution’s Bill Pay Service you can set up Western Division as a payee to send payments to your loan. Provide your Member Number (and loan suffix) and our Routing & Transit Number 222080222.
Mail/Branch – Mail or visit a branch location. Each branch location has a night drop box if after hours.
